From the 6th to the 8th of October 2026 we shall conduct our 24th membership conference in Marrakech, Morocco and invite all our members to be present.

With the great assistance of our Moroccan member Ali El Hsissen from Perez y Cia Maroc, we have been able to contract with a stunning Hotel/Palace the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort.

Ali and I presently work on the content of this event and we will make sure to deliver a true and unforgettable Moroccan experience. More information is forthcoming.

As usual, attendance to our conference, including social events is free of charge to our members.

Booking is possible for our group discount as of 5th of October but covers 3 days after the event. Please note the different accommodations in Es Saadi Palace Marrakech and Es Saadi Hotel Marrakech in the same area.

ACCOMODATION

The Es Saadi Marrakech Resort declares that the group has the following rooms blocked from the 06th to 08th October 2026.

Number of units: 20 Junior Suites at Es Saadi Palace Marrakech

•     Junior Single Suites on BB Basis MAD 4 400 per unit per night

•     Junior Double Suites on BB Basis MAD 4 750 per unit per night

•     Tax per person and per night MAD 49.50

Rates are Net per suite & per night including breakfast.

Rates can be extended for 03 extra nights (pre arrival & post departure) upon availability.

We can add suites at the same condition upon availability.

Number of units: 60 to 80 units at Es Saadi Hotel Marrakech

•     Single Room on BB Basis MAD 2 750 per unit per night

•     Double Room on BB Basis MAD 3 000 per unit per night

•     Tax per person and per night MAD 28.60

Rates are Net per unit & per night including breakfast.

Rates can be extended for 03 extra nights (pre arrival & post departure) upon availability.

Suites at the Hotel is with a supplement of MAD 1 200 per night.

We can add rooms at the same condition upon availability.

RESERVATION METHOD

•     Creation of a rate code on the website giving guests direct access to reservations. Rates are offered exclusively through our website: http://www.essaadi.com

•     The quota of units will be blocked for you up to 60 days before your arrival. From August 06th, 2026, any units that have not been reserved will be put back on sale and offered according to availability, but your guests will still benefit from preferential rates if they have the code.
